General Counsel
Free consultation and advice (not to exceed one hour) to members referred to the DASA General Counsel, for rendition of such consultation and advice. The consultation and advice to members shall be for employment related issues. In the event a member elects to utilize the DASA General Counsel for rendition of legal services, the DASA General Counsel agrees to discount the hourly rate for such services by 30% from the normal hourly rate charged for such representation.
